I got a perm done by Sara. At first, the product didn’t work, and my hair was still straight after the process. Sara did not give up, and insisted on trying again and told me she would do whatever it took to get me what I requested. After a few hours, and two tries, the perm worked. I asked for a more loose perm at first. She advised me that if I went through with what I wanted that it would be gone very quickly, and advised a tighter perm that would relax into how I wanted within a few weeks. At first I was hesitant, but trusted her experience. It has now been 12 days since the appointment, and I am seeing significant progress. My hair has gone from a very tight perm into a more relaxed one, and the progress is exactly as she said. I am impressed with that level of precision and I trust what she says. I am looking forward to coming weeks to see what unfolds! Additionally, I did not know how to take care of a perm, and heard mixed things online. She helped me find the right products, and now I am washing my hair less often and getting both the volume and lack of frizz I had told her I was after. Awesome hospitality, great conversationally. I would go back! (First photo is a few hours after I left the appointment, second and third are from 12 days after)
